1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dome's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Dome provides an all-in-one revenue platform that includes AI-powered chatbots, lead management and qualification, Meta Ads optimization, conversation management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not share accounts or access keys across multiple organizations without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dome for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform. You may not use our AI chatbots to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. Dome may immediately suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be exported or deleted per your instructions within 30 days.
