2. How We Use Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security (e.g. dome_access_token), functional cookies to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our public marketing and sign-up pages. We do not use advertising cookies served by third parties.

3. Third-Party Analytics Cookies

On our public marketing and authentication pages we use Microsoft Clarity, a session-analytics tool provided by Microsoft Corporation. Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps to help us improve the site experience. It sets two first-party cookies: _clck (persists a user ID, 1 year) and _clsk (stores session information, 1 day). Clarity also transmits interaction data to Microsoft servers in the United States. Microsoft acts as a data processor under the terms of its Privacy Statement. By default, Clarity masks all input fields and does not capture passwords or email addresses in recordings. Clarity is not loaded on authenticated dashboard pages, billing screens, or chat embed surfaces. Clarity analytics cookies are only set after you provide consent via the banner shown on first visit. Meta (for Ads), HubSpot, and Salesforce may also place cookies through their respective integrations; refer to each provider's cookie policy for details.

4. Managing Cookies & Your Choices

When you first visit our marketing or sign-up pages, a consent banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key dome_analytics_consent) and can be changed at any time by clearing site data for dome.ai in your browser settings. Declining analytics cookies disables Clarity session recording and prevents _clck and _clsk from being set, but has no effect on platform functionality. You can also opt out globally via the Microsoft Clarity opt-out page. Essential authentication cookies cannot be disabled while using the platform.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Dome after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
