Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Dome to engage in any illegal activity, distribute malware or phishing content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or harass others. AI chatbots must not be used to generate deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful content.

2. Content Restrictions

You may not upload or process content that contains sensitive personal data (health information, biometric data, political opinions) without prior written agreement with Dome. Chatbot training data must not include hate speech, violence, or adult content.

3. Platform Integrity

You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access other customers' data, perform security testing without authorization, or use automated scripts that place excessive load on our infrastructure. API usage must comply with our published rate limits.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to support@domehq.io. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension or termination.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension of your account without notice. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent termination and forfeiture of any prepaid fees.
